Glad I got up this morning. I think the reason is none other than the experience of yesterday afternoon.

First had a beer with someone who is currently unemployed, undertaking a training course that has nothing to do with the professional activity practiced in more than two decades.

I asked him if he liked what he was learning. I said yes. That is important.

Then I ran a workshop which had been invited by some entrepreneurs in the technology sector.

two professionals I met computing and telecommunications.

four or five years ago had been selected by a self-appointed "owner human resources consultant, to work in an alleged decent and powerful company in the sector.

They left behind a conjectural promising future in the institution they had formed for another three years.

However, twelve months ago they had been singled out in the street.

commented that the day of the dismissal of the entire family agreed that owner, who, like the Guadiana river, ignored his calls, mysteriously being engulfed in the quicksand of continuous meetings in which he always was.

But I recognized then that's the best thing that had happened (the the worst was the consultant), since, due to their dependents and mortgage companies were forced to jump into the hidden world of self, turning the tables of unemployment, making the situation into an opportunity.

dawned on me that during the 1993 crisis in Spain, some unemployed undertook commercial activities and are now successful entrepreneurs. I hope that, as in this period of economic difficulties, this current is given entrepreneurial harder in this recession that strangles us.

The enterprise of small, committed and caring employer, generate economic official, who is one of the few tables that current vision of salvation, and that necessarily will lead to a more just future society.
