REPORT ON THE CREATION OF THE HIGH COURT TO SIMPLIFY AND STREAMLINE THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM
- gradually replaced the various courts of the same judicial district and facilitate the access of citizens to justice, instead of several courts, one court .
- The new organization will promote the unity of purpose, so that the same issues have equal legal response.
The Cabinet received a report of the Minister of Justice on the Draft Law amending the Organic Law of the Judiciary to the creation of the High Court, to be set as the national collegiate organization bringing together, in their respective sections, judges of various courts that exist in a judicial district.
